
ABOUT THE GARDEN
Located in the Mirik area in Darjeeling, the Singbulli estate is spread across 9 rolling hills over an area of 22 kms with altitude varying between 1200 ft msi to 4100 ft msi. The garden is easily accessible by road from Siliguri and the nearest Airport Bagdogra is 50 kms away. Originally established in 1924 by British planters, this tea estate was taken over by Jayshree Tea and Industries in 2003. The garden has four divisions, namely Singbulli Division, Manja Division, Tingling Division and Murmah Division. Jayshree Tea management is very active in ecological upgradation and maintaining bio-diversity at the garden and has initiated various programmes for soil conservation and environmental protection. The garden management plants different types of grasses, leguminous crop, short height shrubs and tall trees in the fallow land all along the boundaries of the sections and in vacant patches. The estate has Fair Trade certification, DUTCH HACCP by SGS and is 100% organic certified by IMO Control. Singbulli Tea estate is world famous for Clonal Tea, First Flush Tea, Second Flush Tea and Autumn Tea.

BREWING INTRUCTIONS
- (1) Begin with filtered or bottled water.
- (2) Heat water to a boil.Put in 2.5 to 3 gms of tea for every cup of water.
- (3) Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes
- (4) Pour into a cup through a strainer.
