BREWING INTRUCTIONS

SKU: T/EX44/SWO/25
Crafted from the prized Darjeeling P312 clone, this hand-rolled, lightly oxidised oolong from Turzum Estate showcases silvery bloomed tips and a delicate biscuity nose. The cup opens soft and rounded, evoking the mellow starchiness of jícama and custard apple. Young green grape notes emerge mid-palate, balanced by the resinous cool of camphorwood. A mineral-metallic lift, evocative of wild mountain stone, defines the finish. The liquor is silky, smooth, and carries a gentle floral bouquet that mirrors its elegant leaf and bright green infusion.

Known for its sustainable garden practices and small-batch artisanal processing, Turzum’s first flush teas have become synonymous with clarity, floral sweetness, and seasonal vibrancy.
