A striking second flush tea from Turzum, made from AV2 cultivar leaves with a high tip-to-leaf ratio and a purplish shine. The long velvet buds transition from slate white to golden ochre. The cup is exceptionally smooth and honeyed, revealing the soft sweetness of Babugosha pear, layered with ripe Alubukhara plum. Floral warmth lingers at the end—reminiscent of Pinwheel blossoms. The coppery golden infusion and delicately bright liquor carry mild aromatics and refined AV2 clarity. Production information - Naturally withered (50%), lightly hand rolled followed by hand shaped technique, left for oxidation followed by slow firing technique.

Any Time
Use filtered or bottled water. Heat the water up to 95°C. Put in 2.5 g of loose tea for every cup (180 ml). Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain into a cup and serve.
