The climate is cool and misty with temperature ranging from 3 degree in winter to 28 degree in summer and an annual rainfall of 2500 to 3000 mm during July to September. This black tea made from light yellowish bright cup with clonal character with smooth round cup and tree fruits.The liquor is bright bodied and lively notes.

    • (2) Heat water to a boil.Put in 2.5 to 3 gms of tea for every cup of water.
    • (3) Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes
