How do I place my order?

First choose the product, then the quantity and click on ‘add to your cart’ button. Then continue shopping or click on your card to pay and checkout.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

Once you place your and payment has been deducted and authorised by your bank, you shall receive an email confirming your order.

If I do not receive an order confirmation email?

If you do not receive your order confirmation e-mail, check your spam/ trash folder. in case you don’t find the confirmation mail there also, write us at info@jayshreetea.com, we will get back to you.

Can I cancel/ modify my order?

Yes, to modify or cancel your order, write us at info@jayshreetea.com. But it has to be done before the order is shipped.

After your tea has been despatched, you will be provided with the shipment tracking details with which you will easily be able to track your order.

How do I receive my order if I miss a delivery?

In case you miss a delivery contact the shipping company and let them know the tracking number, asking them to deliver your shipment again.
