- Hot water
Take a saucepan and pour some water in it and then put sliced ginger root. When water starts boiling, turn the flame to medium to low. Let it simmer gently until it is reduced to half. Do not cover the liquid. Then remote the saucepan from heat and stir honey into it. now, strain this liquor.
