Lemon Ginger Tea

Method

Take a saucepan and pour some water in it and then put sliced ginger root. When water starts boiling, turn the flame to medium to low. Let it simmer gently until it is reduced to half. Do not cover the liquid. Then remote the saucepan from heat and stir honey into it. now, strain this liquor. Now, add two to three spoons of this ginger concentration in a cup of hot water and lemon slices. Enjoy the cup!

Masala Chai

Do you know what is it? in the West, the term “Chai” is used. It is black tea mixed with hot milk and fragrant spices. For making chai you need

  2. whole cloves
  • black peppercorns

using the grinder make a coarse mix of cardamom, black peppercorns and cloves. Turmeric Tea

Does it sound weird? This is a very popular liquid for winter days having anti-inflammatory properties. For making this brew, you need to have –

  1. Turmeric
  2. Cinnamon stick
  • Fresh ginger
  1. Nutmeg
  2. Peppercorns
  3. Coconut oil
  • Honey
  • Whole milk

Simmer all the spices in two cups of water in medium flame for around 10 minutes. Strain the liquid. Then, in the saucepan, beat coconut oil, honey and milk and warm it in low heat. You can also use a hand blender for an extremely smooth tea.
