ABOUT THE GARDEN
Nahorhabi Estate, named after the majestic 'Nahor' trees that once adorned the area with sparkling red tender leaves during spring, is situated in the Shivasagar District of Assam. This region is renowned for the famous Shiva Temple, a significant pilgrimage site attracting visitors from across India. Although located in Assam, the estate is also in close proximity to Nagaland. Acquired by Jayshree Tea and Industries Ltd. in 1955, Nahorhabi Tea Estate has undergone continuous investment in expansion, quality, and infrastructure, with the area under tea plantation growing from 227.77 to 696.37 hectares. The estate is one of the first in North India to receive the ISO 9002 certificate for growing, processing, and marketing Orthodox and CTC tea, and it is also among the world's pioneers in Orthodox tea processing. The garden management is dedicated to protecting the environment and maintaining ecological balance, with one side of the garden bordered by dense forest and regular tree plantations carried out in the fallow areas. Nahorhabi Garden produces exceptional quality Assam Orthodox and CTC teas, known for their robust and full-bodied flavors. This estate stands as a testament to rich heritage and commitment to quality, producing some of the finest teas in Assam while upholding strong environmental values.

BREWING INTRUCTIONS
Use filtered or bottled water. Heat the water up to 95°C. Put in 2.5 g of loose tea for every cup (180 ml). Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain into a cup and serve.LEAF: Golden tips with a few clean, twisted black leaves and a glossy appearance.
LIQUOR: Malty with a brisk character, mildly sweet, bright amber.
INFUSION: Coppery bright with a mellow, sweet aroma.
