ABOUT THE GARDEN
Here the emerald bushes lie close to each other in a distinctive plantation style. Mangalam is the perfect example of a garden that grew out of in-depth experimentation by the experts at Jay Shree Tea. Formed from the forest areas of Towkok Tea Estate which were uprooted and replanted, the estate is a triumph of new age practices. Motorable roads, 20 feet wide encircle each plot, enabling careful supervision of every acre. You can taste the care that goes into its teas.
BEST TIME TO DRINK
BREWING INTRUCTIONS(1) Use filtered or bottled water. (2) Bring the water to a rolling boil. Put in 2.5–3 g of loose tea for every cup. (3) Let it steep for 3–5 min. (4) Strain into a cup and serve.
The liquor is light having Second Flush Assamese character.
Size of the leaf is even and grading is proper.
