Mangalam Tea Estate, located in Assam, is renowned for its unique bush plantation and innovative close planting method. The estate spans 117.99 hectares, with a high-density plantation of 42,480 plants per hectare, using 100% clonal material of exceptional quality. The tea garden is meticulously planned for operational efficiency, with well-structured pathways and roads for easy access and supervision. Known for its premium Assam Orthodox and CTC teas, Mangalam's Orthodox teas are in high demand in the German market. BREWING INTRUCTIONS
Use filtered or bottled water. Heat the water up to 95°C. Put in 2.5 g of loose tea for every cup (180 ml). Let it steep for 3 to 5 minutes. Strain into a cup and serve.
Leaf: Charcoal hued to auburn, with ripe apricot tips.
Liquor: Malty, with kombucha-like sourness and English toffee.
Infusion: Sweet malty, with subtle fruitiness and a slightly fermented finish.
