FEATURES :- Altitude ranging from 3970 ft. to 5595 ft. above msl. Plantation. Mostly china and china hybrid and approx. 10% area with Darjeeling quality clones. The micro-climatic conditions mostly prevail cool misty and humid resulting in delicate aroma and mellow liquor of tea.  

WELFARE ACTIVITIES :- There are 1032 permanent workers and staff and approx.250 casual employee who are provided with housing, health care and education facilities. The management regularly promoting cultural and sports activities among the staff/workers. There has been an annual social forestry programme in gardens & surrounding area to upgrade ecology and environment.
